I can't even SAY how much I love this. One of my favourite songs and eeeee this vid! It's so awesome and perfect and I just love love love it and want to fangirl you SO MUCH right now! *FLAILS MADLY* A perfect portrait of our messed up, beautiful family of angels. I actually was wary of using it at first 'cause it just seemed so incredibly fast-paced and everything, and I wasn't sure if I could actually vid it. ...but then I gave in. As I do with most things, lol.

This was really good. Not only technically but also in how it portrays these common threads of yearning and violence in these characters. You make a great case for how similar they all are. Excellent work, thank you for sharing.

Thank you! Yeah, it does remind me of her (and the Winchesters), and when I first started this vid it was actually for them, but then I vidded like. 3 seconds and I was just... THIS SHOULD BE AN ANGEL VID INSTEAD! And thus this vid was born! Insert amount of months later.

I initially heard this song used for a Mary vid (that was done incredibly), and now I saw this and it TOTALLY fits for an angels family vid. Like ... eerily so! I absolutely ADORED your lyrical interpretation ("me? well, i'm well. well, i mean i'm in hell. well, i still have my health (at least that's what they tell me)" --- OH, CAS! *heart breaks* & "all day i've been wondering what is inside of me, who can i blame for it" --- perfect line for Anna.)

Also, fantastic editing! Quick and efficient and completely in beat!

Lastly, this vid actually made me like the angels storyarc! I never noticed it was this awesome. (Show needs to learn to express itself through songvids, for real!)

This is amazing. I love this song and like the above commenters I've always heard it as a Winchesters/Mary song but this works SO AMAZINGLY it's all I'll be able to hear in it from now on. I especially like the Castiel parts, he breaks my heart. ♥ Great use of Anna too. I love how you've make it work so perfectly both with the plot and with the beat.

It makes me ache for the angels. ♥

This is *good*. Your quick, sharp, sometimes disjointed editing suits the song *perfectly*, and the emotional lives of the show's angelic host come through so clearly, both driving and subject to their agendas. Turns out, angels are not only dicks, they're also brutally, *brutally* fucked up! :D

This is brilliant! I'm not even a fan of the angels storyline, and I was absolutely riveted. Great energy! The song choice was perfect and your cuts ran pace with it so well.

Okay, just so you know, this vid has been on repeat in my playlist ever since you posted it because IT. IS. GLORIOUS!

Holy crap, the pacing, and the editing, and the painfully appropriate choice of characters/scenes for each song sequence (oh god, Gabriel; and oh god, Cas), and little things like the parallel between Michael and Anna, both bursting in flames ("I can't tell where I'm coming from"), and god, the hitch-and-gasp in the song when Gabriel gets stabbed around 2:33, and all the things the angels are running from, and oh wow, just, the general whirlwind-feel of the song... amazing.

Pardon my language but HOLY FUCKING SHIT THAT WAS AWESOME!!!
I can't even-- uhm-- you pretty much hit every single chord here.
The messed up family, to which everyone can relate to, even the ones who got so little screen-time, and you just brought all that to center-stage.
And I love how the music evolved from a sort of childlike sing-song to a relentless military march..
Considering how manic the rhythm got it really makes me appreciate your editing skills simply for keeping up! Not to mention how you matched the lyrics, sometimes funny, often sad and always spot-on.

Sorry for going all fan-gasm on you but it's not often I get blown away by a fanvid like this.
